Source documents and recordings

The SharePoint source material this section was converted from — 9 process documents, 3 reference workbooks, and 8 screen recordings — and which pages each became.

Every page in this section was converted from the Rackson process folder on SharePoint. This is the manifest: what the source material is, and where each piece landed.

Converted July 2026 from Rackson Process Docs (SharePoint). The source archive totals 4.44 GB — almost entirely video.

The source files are not stored in this knowledge base. The documents were converted to the pages below; the recordings remain in SharePoint. Ask the engagement lead for access to the originals.

Every recording's content is captured in the pages above. The two long review sessions were already transcribed into Rackson_RRS_RCY_Review_Process.docx before this conversion — that document states it was compiled from the recordings plus a frame-by-frame review of the screen-share, which is why it carries exact workbook names, tab names, formulas, and GL account numbers.

Raw transcripts — superseded

Two files in the source folder are raw Teams auto-transcripts, not documentation:

FileStatus
Rackson_RRS_RCY_Review_Process Part 2.docxRaw auto-transcript of the 1h52m Part 2 session
Rackson Reporting meeting transcript - 7.16.26.docxA second transcript of the same July 16 session

Both are fully superseded by Review process sections 38–51, which is the cleaned and structured version of the same session. They were not converted into pages — the auto-transcription is unreliable (it renders "petty cash" as "Betty cash," "Saxonwald" as "Saxon Wall," and "Maureen" as "Marie"), and publishing it would duplicate the polished content in a less accurate form.

Known transcription artifacts

These recur across the source documents. Where a page repeats a figure or name from the recordings, it flags the uncertainty:

Appears asActually
"Saxon Wall"Saxonwald — the related-party note facility
"Marie"Maureen
"Jesse" / "Jessie" / "Jessie Rivera"The same person
"Betty cash"Petty cash
"RTC"ERTC — Employee Retention Tax Credit

Dollar figures, thresholds, cell references, and store numbers throughout this section reflect a specific past period and are included to make instructions concrete. Confirm against the live workpapers before treating any figure as current.

Redactions

One redaction was made during conversion:

The source workpaper instructions contained a plaintext username and password for the Ohio Gateway tax filing portal. That credential is not reproduced hereRRS taxes and royalties points to the engagement's permanent file instead. Credentials do not belong in a searchable knowledge base, regardless of access controls.

Other references to credentials in the source material were already pointers rather than the credentials themselves (the Business Track gift card login and RCY Online Logins.xlsx, both held in the permanent file) and were preserved as pointers.
